Top Ten Tips for Managing Stress

stressWe all get stressed now and then, but lately many of us have been doing a stress marathon. Right when we need it the most, far too often we forget to look after ourselves!

You are probably thinking, ‘I don’t have the time!’. If you make the time, the rest of your time will be less stressful.

Here are a few simple ideas to keep stress from getting the better of you:
